You can book your next appointment by using our booking system below provided you last appointment was less than 15 months ago (longer than that will require another New Patient Consultation).

All appointments are booked through this portal and require a card to be held on file.

You will instantly receive a booking confirmation email when the booking is complete, if you do not receive the email the booking is not complete.

Cancellation Policy

A card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment online. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice the you will be charged a cancelation fee of £50. If you need to rearrange or cancel your appointment please give as much notice as possible and you may reschedule here.

Refund Policy

The Shore Skin Clinic does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Dr Rebecca uses the highest quality products from genuine suppliers and aims to set realistic expectations of treatment outcomes for each client following consultation, though results cannot be guaranteed and vary from individual to individual. If you are dissatisfied with a treatment result please discuss this with Dr Rebecca who is happy to review you and discuss further management. Please note, you may need a number of treatments over a period of time to achieve the results you would like.
